If a product is defective or shipped wrong, please call us at 1-800-745-3990. We will instruct you on what needs to be done to return the product to us. A new unit or the correct unit will be sent out immediately at no-charge to you depending on stock levels at that time. You must contact us within 3 days and the product must be returned in the original packaging you received it in. In the case of an item that was shipped wrong, it must be returned in 100 percent resaleable condition. Approval prior to returning is required. In some cases a re-stock charge may be assessed.
SPECIAL OR CUSTOM ORDERS
All Special or Custom orders will be held for 48 hours prior to being placed with the vendor. During this time you may alter or cancel the order. Any Special or custom orders that need to be placed immediately will require the customers signature faxed to us at 1-314-773-7108. Your order can be printed online from your account or by calling us at 1-800-745-3990. Absolutely no alterations or cancellations will be permitted after the 48 hours when your order has been placed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Unless the items are not in stock, your order will usually ship out the same or the next day after you place your order. A 25 percent re-stocking fee will be applied to a cancelled order once it has been shipped to cover the return freight.

Once accepted and after the 3 day period described in the Returns section above, Low Cost Plumbing.com is not responsible or liable for any product. Said Product is covered by the manufactures warranty. SHIPPING
All of our orders ship via UPS, FEDEX or other carriers in the Continental United States only which could take 3 to 6 days to process and deliver. All other places or expedited shipping options are available, but the $9.95 freight will be waived and you will pay the full amount of the shipping charges. You must phone these orders in because we will have to add the new amount assessed to your order. Freight charges will vary depending on weight, size and the zip code it is being delivered to.
